The designated trademark of the bar and the origin of its name are the magnificently fresh cocktail medleys with Lillet, the fine fruity apéritif. It played a spirited role in Ian Fleming's "Casino Royal", when Bond ordered a martini with a splash of namely this sophisticated apéritif. Of course we serve it shaken, not stirred.
