Culinary summer break at Le Cassoulet

Let us take you on a trip down south this summer at our Le Cassoulet restaurant.
From July 25th until September 02nd we will be offering you light summer dishes, freshly prepared for you
in our open kitchen. Enjoy the finest specialities from our grill, including rump steak, T-bone steak, mountain
lamb and fresh-caught fish, generous salad buffet, summery light wines from Baden-Württemberg, tempting
desserts and many other sweet and savoury treats. Whatever your favourite summer refreshment may
be, our summer dishes cover a wide range of different tastes and will make you enjoy the sunny season even more.

STARTERS

FROM THE BARBECUE

All dishes from our barbecue will be served with oven potatoes and cream cheese with herbs,
french fries, rosemary potatoes or garlic bread and a small salad from the buffet.
