Culinary summer break at Le Cassoulet

"Have a break, have a steak" - our culinary device for the summer time. Enjoy a light
but hearty fare from July 24 until September 9 at our restaurant le cassoulet.*

We are preparing only the freshest and finest ingredients for you to serve delicious
food from the barbecue, fresh pasta and quiche as well as self-made cakes and ice cream.

STARTERS
Salad with sautéed turkey and toast
Mediterranean vegetables from the barbecue with basil pesto and sautéed prawns
Carpaccio of beef
Salad with parmesano, toast, bacon and anchovy

 

FROM THE BARBECUE
Rump steak with herb butter
Fillet of pork or beef
Steak of pork
Chop of veal
Gilthead

All dishes from our barbecue will be served with oven potatoes and cream cheese with herbs,
french fries, rosemary potatoes or garlic bread and a small salad from the buffet.

 
MAIN DISHES
Grilled salmon with sautéed peppers and rosemary potatoes
Viennese Schnitzel with fried potatoes, cranberries and salad
Tarte Flambé with bacon, onions and fresh chives
Roasted Port Loin with mushroom sauce, spaetzle and salad

Homemade Chocolate cake with whipped cream
